Our Account Information Line is an easy-to-use, convenient way to directly access information about your Community CPS savings, investment and loan accounts, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. You can also pay your bills directly from your account using BPAY®.
The Account Information Line offers the following services:
• Check the balances on your savings, investment and loan accounts • Check up to the last 10 transactions on your accounts • Transfer money between your accounts within the same membership, or to another membership within the Credit Union • Pay your bills using BPAY® • Check your interest earned • Find out the location and opening hours of Community CPS Personal Financial Centres and branches.

Have you got a Telephone Banking Passcode?
You will require a passcode in order to request any information about your accounts, or to operate your accounts over the phone. If you do not have a passcode, simply download the Application form for a Telephone Banking Passcode and fax to (08) 8231 3060 or post to Community CPS, GPO Box 1430, Adelaide SA 5001.

Community CPS Personal Financial Centres and Branches We have nine Personal Financial Centres in the metropolitan area of South Australia, conveniently located in Adelaide, Gawler, Marion, Mawson Lakes, Ridgehaven, Salisbury, Seaford, Sefton Park, and West Lakes.
We also have two Personal Financial Centres in regional areas of SA, namely Port Augusta and Victor Harbor.
In the metropolitan area of ACT we have eight branches located in Belconnen, Canberra, Dickson, Gungahlin, Mawson, Manuka, Phillip and Tuggeranong.
We also have a branch at Bateman’s Bay and Queanbeyan in NSW.

Community CPS BSB Number - 805 022 Our BSB Number is 805-022 and you will need to nominate Adelaide or Canberra as the branch. The BSB enables you to make transfers to and from Community CPS to other financial institutions.
EFTPOS EFTPOS is now available at most retail outlets within Australia and it's a great way to maximise your Fee Allowance each month - just choose SAVINGS and withdraw cash when you make an EFTPOS purchase.

Bank@Post
Available at over 3,000 Post Offices across Australia, Bank@Post allows you to make deposits and withdrawals using your Visa Debit card or Redicard and PIN.* We can link your membership so that you can withdraw and deposit over the counter from up to two savings accounts and deposit into one loan account.
Cash withdrawals and deposits require PIN authorisation. Cash withdrawals are treated as 'over the counter' transactions.
Bank@Post is so easy to use, just select the following to accesss the account you require:
• The Savings button gives you access to your first savings account. • The Cheque button gives you access to your second savings account. • The Credit button lets you make deposits into your nominated loan account.
Operating hours vary slightly between Bank@Post outlets, however all outlets are open as a minimum from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays.)
*Bank@Post is not available for Community CPS monEsaver Account, business accounts or if the account is set up for 2 people or more to sign.
Visa Debit card Your Visa Debit card isn't a credit card - it's called a debit card, and it can help you stay in control of your finances.
When you use your Visa Debit card, you're actually using funds from your Community CPS Savings Account to pay for purchases. If you'd like to have extra funds available, simply apply to attach a Credit Limit to your Savings Account.
Your Community CPS Visa Debit card gives you convenient access to your money when and where you need it. You can use your Visa Debit card to complete EFTPOS transactions and access funds from over 850,000 ATMs and 20 million merchants worldwide.
There are no annual fees so you'll be saving money as well as time. And there is no maximum limit on daily withdrawals when you choose CREDIT.
Your Community CPS Visa Debit card gives you convenient access to your money, when and where you need it. A Visa Debit card may be used for:

Purchases at various EFTPOS (Electronic Funds Transfer at Point Of Sale) facilities within Australia, such as supermarkets, petrol stations, hotels and other outlets which display the EFTPOS logo ("e")

Withdrawing cash from domestic automatic teller machines (ATMs) displaying the Visa logo or overseas ATMs displaying the Visa/Plus logo

Purchases from any merchant displaying the Visa logo, both domestic and overseas

Redicard Your Redicard gives you convenient access to your money, when and where you need it and there is no annual fee. A Redicard can be used for:

Withdrawing cash from automatic teller machines (ATMs) including, if it is a Redicard Plus, from any Australian or overseas ATM displaying the Visa Plus symbol

MasterCard Your Communtiy CPS MasterCard provides you with access to the worldwide MasterCard network. With its competitive interest rates and value packed rewards program options, MasterCard is your ideal credit card.

Member Cheque Book Your Member Cheque Book is a convenient way to pay your personal bills. You'll have a permanent record of your transactions which will help with household budgeting and your cheque book can operate from any Community CPS Savings Account. You don't have to worry about running out of cheques either. We'll automatically post a new cheque book to you after you've used a set number of cheques.
BPAY® Community CPS offers BPAY®, a flexible and convenient bill pay service. BPAY® enables you to pay your bills with one phone call or internet visit - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Try it for yourself using the Account Information Line or Internet Banking!
Automatic Payments (Direct Debit and/or Periodical Payment) Pay bills on time and without fuss using our Automatic Payment Service*. You can arrange to have your regular payments, such as household bills, insurance or loan repayments debited from your account by automatic payment. To arrange a periodic payment or direct debit from your account, just call 13 25 85 or call into your local Personal Financial Centre or branch.
You can also set up Automatic Payments via Internet Banking by selecting 'Funds Transfer' and entering the details of the payment as well as how often the payment is to be made.
*Automatic Payments are not available on our Bonus Saver Account, Christmas Club Account or monEsaver Account.
Payroll You can easily arrange for your pay to be deposited to your Community CPS account/s. First, you will need to speak to your employer or crediting organisation and provide your membership details and our BSB number, which is 805-022, and the branch, which is Adelaide or Canberra.
Once your pay is being sent to Community CPS, we can set up payroll 'splits', deductions, or periodic payments so you can automatically pay your loan or bills. Visit any Personal Financial Centre where you can complete a payroll deduction form, or call our Member Contact Centre on 13 25 85, quoting your Telephone Banking Passcode.
Foreign Exchange You don't have to travel far for Travellers Cheques, foreign currency or drafts. Just call into your nearest Personal Financial Centre. Our Foreign Exchange Service is run in conjunction with Travelex, giving you access to the world's largest network of retail foreign exchange bureaux and 24-hour phone assistance.
