As a member owned financial institution we value your comments and feedback and appreciate the time our members take to let us know their thoughts about Community CPS.
Community CPS aims to resolve issues within five working days. However, if we anticipate it may take longer, we will phone or write to let you know our progress.
If you are unhappy with the response, Community CPS' Service Delivery Manager will review the decision previously given and send you written confirmation of the outcome.
