Skills, experience and expertise:
Fran Raymond is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australasian Institute of Credit Union Directors. She has over 20 years experience in finance related positions in both the private and public sectors and in the United Kingdom.
Fran has strategic experience at an executive level in financial analysis, business planning, corporate governance and government. Her previous roles include Chief Finance Officer for the Commonwealth agencies of CrimTrac, IP Australia and the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and is currently Manager for Costing and Performance at the Australian Trade Commission. Fran also has experience as a management consultant and as an analyst for Bank of America (London) and APRA.
Prior to joining the board of Community CPS Australia Limited, Fran was a member of the board of CPS ACT, a member of CPS ACT’s Audit and Risk Committee and chair of the Due Diligence Committee.

Fran has a demonstrated commitment to community involvement being a volunteer and Deputy Chair of the Management Committee for Pegasus Riding for the Disabled (ACT), is a member of National Promotions and Fundraising Committee member of Riding for the Disabled Association of Australia. Fran has also been a Committee member and treasurer for Peter Pan (Barnardos fundraising committee in Canberra) and a member of the Children’s Cancer Institute of Australia Fundraising and Events Committee.
Fran’s interests include cross country skiing, bush walking, swimming, gardening, classical music, volunteer work and charity fundraising.
