Richard holds the directorship of several public and investment companies, and is the Chancellor of the Charles Darwin University.  He has gained extensive experience in the management and directorship of public and private companies over the last 25 years.

Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Australian Institute of Management.  He is also a Companion of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, Chartered Management Institute (U.K.), and a Member of the Australasian Credit Union Institute
