Want Less Paperwork? Want to help the environment?
Then register for e-statements today!
Community CPS is constantly developing products to make your life easier, so we are proud to announce the launch of our e-statements.
e-statements are now available through our Internet Banking website.
Not only will e-statements reduce paper wastage, they will also make your life easier by compiling all your statement information in the secure environment of our Internet Banking website. No more messy paper work!
The content and frequency of your e-statement will be exactly the same as your paper based version; the only difference is that it’s online. This will allow you to access your Statement whenever and wherever you want, whilst reducing your footprint on the environment.
e-statements are not only better for our environment, they are better for our Community! Community CPS will make a donation of $5,000 to the Community CPS Foundation for every 10,000 members who register for e-statements in the first year, up to a maximum of $25,000.
How secure are e-statements?
To keep your statement information as secure as possible the e-statements reside on our secure Internet Banking website. To register for e-statements you must be registered for Internet Banking as well as our Factor2 icons or Factor2 Security Token.
The Factor2 security system is a secondary login system in Internet Banking which enables an additional level of security to help protect members against fraudulent transactions. Members can either register for Factor2 icons which requires members to enter 3 icons as a passcode, or a Factor2 Security Token which is a small, lightweight device that generates a unique 6-digit passcode every 30 seconds.
If you have access to our Internet Banking website and you have Factor2 security you can register for e-statements by logging into Internet Banking and clicking on the manage e-statements menu option.
If you are interested in e-statements but you don’t have access to our Internet Banking or Factor2 Security, simply call us on 13 25 85.
