Factor2 Security Tokens
As part of our commitment to providing a high level of Internet Banking security, Community CPS has introduced Factor2 Security Tokens which are small, lightweight devices that generate a unique 6-digit passcode every 30 seconds.

Factor2 Security Tokens are a secondary level security system which aims to protect members from unauthorised use of their accounts via Internet Banking.

Once you have a Security Token, each time you wish to transfer funds between memberships, transfer to another financial instutition, make a BPAY® payment or pay a bill by cheque, you will be prompted to load the passcode from your Security Token. Simply press the button on your token and you will be provided with a unique, 6-digit passcode. Your payment cannot be completed unless this passcode is entered.
