Your caravan, camper-trailer or trailer is covered against accidental loss or damage including theft when you have PremierCare® Caravan and Trailer insurance through Community CPS.
The Caravan and Trailer policy will also cover
• The permanent fixtures, fittings, furniture, furnishings and bottled gas equipment in or on your
caravan or trailer.
• An annex or canvas awning attached to your caravan or trailer.
Other benefits of the Caravan and Trailer policy include
• Contents: The option to cover other contents items such as bedding, kitchen utensils, household
goods and other provisions carried in the caravan.
• Legal liability: Cover for your legal liability up to $10 million for damage to other people's property
through the use of your caravan or trailer.
• Legal costs: Authorised legal costs to defend court proceedings relating to a claim under the
policy.
• Emergency repairs: Up to $200 for the cost of emergency repairs necessary to enable you to tow your caravan or trailer to its
intended destination if involved in an accident covered by the policy.
• Recovery costs: If your caravan or trailer is stolen the policy will pay the reasonable costs of recovery from anywhere within
Australia.
• Temporary accommodation: Following an accident which causes your caravan or camper trailer to be uninhabitable the policy will
pay up to $250 for the temporary accommodation of you and your family.
