Loss of Rent Landlord's Insurance helps protect your rental income in several ways: • When your tenant is unable to occupy the property due an insured event making it uninhabitable. • When your tenant defaults on their rent payments. • When your tenant vacates the property without giving the required notice under the lease. • When your tenant is prevented from accessing the property due to surrounding areas being damaged by a specified event - even if your property is not damaged.

Malicious damage Landlord's Insurance provides some protection for damage to buildings or contents resulting from the malicious acts of other people - including your tenants.
