Conveyancing Service
When you buy or sell a property, you will need the services of a conveyancer to protect your legal interests in the course of the property transaction.

Most real estate agents will be able to recommend a local conveyancer.  Alternatively, Community CPS can assist you with your conveyancing needs^ - simply talk to a Loan Consultant.  If you're buying one property and selling another, you will probably find it more convenient to use the one conveyancer for both transactions.

Whether you're buying or selling a property, our Conveyancing Services* can assist you with all Real Property Act documents including:

    •    Preparing all transfer documents for buying or selling a home.
    •    Prepare a real estate contract if you wish to sell a property privately.
    •    Review and/or interpret a real estate contract if you are buying a property through a private sale.
    •    Organise a lien.
    •    Complete a transmission application.
    •    Note a marriage or death on a title.
    •    Preparing a Power of Attorney.

Fees and charges for these services apply and may vary according to the work required.

For further information regarding conveyancing services, talk to a Community CPS Loan Consultant.

^ Community CPS will not derive any income from any alliances, and does not accept any liability incurred by any party resulting from the use of these alliances.
