TRAINEESHIPS

We strongly support younger members of our society with offering traineeships to school leavers to assist them in kick-starting their career in the Finance Sector.

Traineeships have been a success story in which we are proud to be a part of. Traineeships have been part of our SA workforce for over 10 years and have recently been introduced in ACT since January 2008.

Our trainees from previous years have since gone onto higher positions and have played an instrumental role in the success of the organisation as to where it is today.

We recruit trainees at the end of the year in SA and at the start of the year in ACT.  

To be eligible for our traineeships you will need the following:

  • Recently completed Year 12
  • Computer, numeracy and basic communication skills

Experience in a Financial services role is not required however experience in:

  • A customer service role, and / or
  • Working with money, and / or
  • Previous studies in Finance will be highly regarded.

Our traineeship recruitment process consists of:

    1. Advertising positions
    2. Assessment Centre
    3. Interviews – either as a group or individual
    4. Skills and ability testing
    5. Reference Checking
    6. Work preference profiling questionnaire
