Switch to e-statements today

You can save in lots of different ways when you switch to e-statements.

By obtaining your Statements online through Internet Banking, you can save paper, which in turn saves trees and contributes to a sustainable environment.

You’ll save time because you can view your Statement and the Community Connection newsletter online straightaway.

It’s simple and hassle free! We’ll send you an email when your latest Statement is ready to view.

You can switch to e-statements via Internet Banking (as long as you have registered for Secure SMS or have a Factor 2 Token authentication) or by contacting the Member Contact Centre on 13 25 85 or attending a Personal Financial Centre.

Log in to Internet Banking
Select 'Manage e-statements' from the menu
Request a Secure SMS code, wait to receive the code on your phone and then enter the code received and select 'Yes, Continue' (Token users will be prompted to load the passcode from their Security Token. Simply press the button on your Token and you will be provided with a unique, 6-digit passcode. Your registration cannot be completed unless this passcode is entered).
In the 'Action' field, select 'Register'
Select whether you'd like your e-statement sent to your home or work email address
The email addresses we have on file for you will be displayed - if these are incorrect then update your email addresses
Click on the link 'Terms and Conditions' to read them
Select the check box 'I have read and accept the Term and Conditions'
Click on the 'Submit My Request' button
You will be notified that you have successfully registered for e-statements
